About Pascale

I am a bilingual student completing my final year at the Schulich School of Law and hold prior legal experience managing a boutique civil litigation firm as well as working in legal research. In past roles, I have developed a strong skill set that includes utilizing legal software and case management systems, managing cases from initial intake call to resolution, conducting document review, maintaining open and effective client communication, and drafting various legal documents, including pleadings and affidavits. Additionally, through my clinical position with the Criminal Division of Nova Scotia Legal Aid, I have gained valuable experience representing and advocating for clients in Provincial court, successfully appearing most recently in a contested sentencing hearing. I am an independent worker capable of rapid problem-solving without constant direct supervision. I am looking for an articling position that will allow for long-term career opportunities.
